Driven Elite and The Zone Partner to Bring “ Zone Elite” Mental Wellness Support to Alcorn State Athletics
Lorman, Miss. — Driven Elite is proud to announce a philanthropic partnership with The Zone, a leading mental wellness and performance support platform built specifically for athletic programs. Through the support of Driven Elite and Donald Driver, Alcorn State University where Donald Driver competed as a student-athlete will implement The Zone to expand mental wellness support for its student-athletes.
This partnership makes Alcorn State the second program in the SWAC to implement The Zone, reflecting growing momentum across the conference to prioritize athlete mental wellness as a core component of performance and development.
As part of this initiative, Alcorn State will implement “The Zone Elite,” The Zone’s comprehensive, end-to-end athlete support solution. The Zone Elite includes personalized mental wellness resources, proactive check-ins, performance psychology tools, and always-on, athlete-first guidance designed to meet student-athletes where they are on campus, in season, and beyond.
In addition to platform access, Driven Elite and The Zone will host a Men’s Mental Health event on Alcorn State’s campus, creating space for open conversation, community, and practical tools to support student-athletes on and off the field.

Through The Zone Elite, coaches and staff will gain tools and visibility to proactively engage athletes and reinforce healthy habits, while student-athletes receive a consistent, trusted resource that fits naturally into their daily routine.
